What the service handles
When a customer uses Pineform Follow-Up, the service may handle inquiry details submitted through that customer’s website form, such as name, email address, phone number, requested service, and message. Pineform also handles business setup details submitted by the customer.
How data is used
Pineform uses customer and lead data only to configure, host, maintain, support, and secure Follow-Up. Pineform does not sell customer lead data or use it for unrelated marketing.
Access and security
Access is limited to Pineform personnel who need it to provide the service and to the customer’s authorized users. Customers should keep their dashboard credentials private and should not send passwords through forms or email.
Retention and deletion
The customer owns its lead data. After cancellation, Pineform can provide a reasonable data export upon written request within 30 days and will delete customer lead data from active service systems within 30 days, subject to security, legal, and backup-recovery needs.
