Pineform Follow-Up service terms
These are plain-language business terms, not attorney-reviewed legal advice.
Service scope
Pineform Follow-Up is a done-for-you inquiry follow-up layer connected to the customer’s existing website or form. The service may include initial setup, hosted dashboard access, maintenance, and reasonable support. It is not a full CRM, a replacement for the customer’s existing systems, or an automatic lead-contact service unless separately agreed in writing.
Fees and cancellation
The founding offer is a one-time $99 setup fee plus $79 per month. Billing is month-to-month. The first five founding customers keep the $79 monthly rate while they remain continuously subscribed. Either party may cancel before the next monthly billing date by emailing hello@pineformlabs.com. Setup work already completed is not refundable.
No performance guarantee
Pineform does not guarantee revenue, bookings, response times, or any particular business result. The customer remains responsible for its own sales process and for responding to inquiries.
Customer data and access
The customer owns its lead data. Pineform uses that data only to provide, maintain, support, and secure the service, and does not sell customer lead data. Pineform will use reasonable access controls and limit access to people who need it to provide the service. Customers should not submit passwords or login credentials through Pineform’s onboarding form.
After cancellation
Upon written request within 30 days after cancellation, Pineform will make a reasonable export of the customer’s service data available. Pineform will then delete customer lead data from active service systems within 30 days, except where a longer retention period is required for security, legal, or backup-recovery purposes.
